I hope to be in the owl area between 3 and 5. I will have my cell phone with me. If anyone spots the bird, would they please call me at 301-655-4772. I certainly would appreciate the heads up. Of course, all this is weather permitting. If weather is bad on Saturday I will head up about the same time on Sunday. Thanks in advance for the help.
