This interchange often hosts many red-tailed hawks in the cold months and if you have a sharp eye, you may find a roughleg. Unfortunately its not an area to stop and you might have to make several passes to check all the loops, but they are frequently there. I see them at least once or twice a week on my morning commute. Further south I sometimes see roughlegs where US 15 splits from US 340, near Jefferson.
