It was well after Morning Glory Farms and just beyond a cluster of older farm buildings, the tree was at the brow of a hill. We made the "loop" to get a better look but the bird was by then gone. I don't know if anyone on the count saw a R-L (on the 31st) but this area is a great place to look. We had umpteen Red-tails on Friday, a day of little wind, and a reasonable number on the count day. Certainly must be prey about.
