I received a digital camera for Christmas and I use a Swarovski 45 degree off-set scope for birding, so I decided to try "digiscoping" when I went to Windmill Point, Virginia for the Snowy Owl. As you can see from the webpage I got good results for a first try. I thought the 45 degree angle actually helped in setting up the shot. There are other accessories one can acquire to increase the quality of results from this new medium, but, then again, there seem to be endless accessories one "needs" in photography and birding. http://powersalex.homestead.com/Digiscoping.html Happy birding!
