I am fairly new to birding, but as an IT professional I have subscribed to many listservs over the years. This is one of the best-managed lists AND one of the friendliest, most "professional" (content is on-topic and informative) and COURTEOUS online communities I have been associated with. Please let's separate the issue of management of hot-bird sites from any discussion of the value of this list. This list is an invaluable tool. Please keep up the very good work!
