It is by Fred Wasser and it recounted his trip up to see the bird with a birding friend. You can hear this, although not read it, on WWW.NPR.ORG. Once you get to the web site, click on select a program, and then scroll down to Weekend All Things Considered and click it. Then click on "latest show" and scroll down to the owl item.
