I had left it in =the woods, upside-down, on a branch over the winter. As I picked it up I not=iced several Carolina Wrens making a very quiet noise, hard to describe. I so=on noticed there was nest in the can. I replaced the watering can with a wr=en watching me. Question- do you think they will abandon the nest? Question 2- There seemed to be more than two wrens "scolding" me. Are th=ey a species that get help from last years juveniles in raising a brood this y=ear?
