Language from the bill showing proposed changes (IN CAPS) to the current law: 13 The Baltimore Oriole (Icterus galbula) [is] AND THE RAVEN (CORVUS CORAX) 14 ARE the State [bird] BIRDS. 15 SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect 16 October 1, 2001.
