The following is what I could see in the windy conditions. Common Loon 1 (my first of the Spring) Horned Grebe 15 American Wigeon 2 American Black Duck 2 Mallard 8 Ring-necked Duck 2 Hooded Merganser 14 Common Merganser 94 Red-breasted Merganser 6 (all males) While walking the fire trails around the Trap and Skeet Range, I saw 3 Fox Sparrows, 2 Yellow-rumped Warblers and a Ruby-crowned Kinglet but did not hear or see a Pine Warbler.
