I have learned a lot from reading all the posting over the last six months. Time permitting, I will try to post some of my birds trips. This morning I stop by Lake Centennial and spent from 6:30 AM to 7:15AM on the dam side of the lake, after checking out the back side from the bridge. There is a Great Egret that show up near the dam, First spotted him last night around 5:10 PM. The Tundra Swan was still at the back of the lake. Also on the lake were: 5-6 Hooded Merganser 3 Greater Scaup 1 Great Blue Heron 12 American Coot Many Canada Goose Many Mallard Duck Also at the lake were: 2 American Kestrel 1 Red-Tailed Hawk Ring-Billed Gull American Robin Chickadee Tufted Titmouse Starling Mourning Dove Goldfinch Cardinal Mockingbird Red-Winged Blackbird Song Sparrow White Throated Sparrow American Crow Tom Miller Eldersburg Md.
