Not in the Back River treatment plant (although there were about 400 Bonaparte's Gulls in the plant, but out over the river downstream of Eastern Ave. bridge. They were most easily observed from the parking lot of the restaurant behind and down from the Royal Farms gas station which stands on the right side of Eastern just before it crosses the bridge. One bird was in full summer plumage and the other in winter plumage. They were flying in with about 1100 Bonies.
