There were about 68 Bonies on the water. Alot of Double-crested Cormorant with 94 on Treatment concrete pier, 19 on old fishing pier, and 21 in the water, also 2 Barn Swallow, 2 Red-breasted Merganser, 2 Mallard, 1 Bufflehead all at south side of the bridge at the parking lot and a immature 2nd year Great Cormorant near the sailboat mooring in the water with several Double-crested Cormorant, came back after visit Wagner Ave and the Great Cormorant was not there at 2pm when I check again later. Went to Diamond Point Rd, and got about 552 Bonies (pretty far), 3 Ring-billed Gull, 8 Herring Gull, 8 Great black-backed Gull, 2 winter adult Little Gull (not in good view), 1 Killdeer, 2 Lesser Yellowleg (not sure, pretty far) on a mudflat in the middle of the river at low tide?? and 8 cormorants in the water. Then to Northern Creek on the northeast side because of more Bonies seen in distance. Drove to Wagner Ave which is next to a park and ride (from the gas station, go across bridge, pass the park and ride and left on Wagner Ave and drive to near the dead end and find any wide view between houses). I got about 208 Bonies, 2 herring Gull, and 1 Great Black-backed Gull. No access in this area, watch from my truck and two houses are far apart to get good view on this creek near the dead end road ,good view from road at last three houses on the left, do not go in someone's yard, some people may be rude, just stay in car and find any houses that is far apart from each other, some other houses are packed side by side Kevin Graff Baltimore, MD hawkwatch_21206@yahoo.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
