Tyler Bell mailto:bell@acnatsci.org California, MD >>> Bud Millsaps 04/06/01 09:43AM >>> Tyler, During lunch today there was a Red-necked Grebe in the harbor here at Solomons. It was out from the parking lot for the China Harbor restaurant - swimming and diving between there and Mol's Leg. It is not in full breeding plummage - but fairly close. The large size, longer neck and much longer bill stand out when compared with all of the Horned Grebes that have been around lately.
