WOOD DUCK (pair touched down briefly then flew on) RED-SHOULDERED HAWK (1) TREE SWALLOW (3) BARN SWALLOW (1) YELLOW RUMPS (everywhere) RUSTY BLACKBIRD (3 in the flooded woods above the lake nr. Oakland Mills Rd) DARK-EYED JUNCO (1 bird of 'Oregon Pink-sided' race, by the pavillion) SONG, WHITE-THRAOTS and SWAMP SPARROWS. Fantastic view of the Beaver pair down to 10 feet. Sitting half out of the water and grooming each other. Probably of more interest to me than most - you just don't get many Beaver in Scotland. Had A PALM WARBLER and mating RED_SHOULDERED yesterday at MEADOWBROOK.
