Also present, BUFFLEHEAD, RING-NECK DUCK , WOOD DUCK, COMMON MERG and PIED BILLED GREBE. Observed a pair of KINGFISHER rattling along, and heard GOLDEN CROWNED KINGLETS in the woods. PILEATED WOODPECKER heard as well. I had no luck finding the Snipe that Parke J. had reported earlier this month, but was pleased with my brief expedition.
