Pleasant to try to = relocate the Vespers. Sadly we were unsuccessful. We did spot 20 COMMON = LOONS flying over. A BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER, BROWN THRASHER and = MEADOWLARKS. I'll continue to check since it is a large place. Other = than FIELD there were not many sparrows there at all. I arrived home to a male PURPLE FINCH at the feeder. As I was = watching him he was joined by a lovely lady. =20 Bonnie Ott Ellicott city,Howard County Field trip chair bott@erols.com ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
