First Broadwings of the season. 5 Harriers in the air at once. Common Loons, Gulls, Cormorants, and Purple Martins pouring through. Most remarkable was a flight of many thousands of Tree Swallows which at times formed boils of about 1000 at a time. Zebra Swallowtail butterfly.
