So caution is advised when birding this area to keep from disturbing this bird (in hopes that it will stay to nest). I only heard it, and didn't try to track it down. Also, from last weekend: CHIMNEY SWIFT - 4/8; Nr. RFK Stadium BROWN THRASHER - 4/8; KP Other sightings of interest this morning (4/13): BLUE-WINGED TEAL - pair at KP PEREGRINE - the pair continues on the RR Bridge over the Potomac. GREATER YELLOWLEGS - 2 at KAG, 2 at KP BONAPARTE'S GULL - 16 at KP, resting and allowing wonderful views at KP SWAMP & SAVANNAH SPARROWS - have arrived in numbers at KAG & KP Good birding, Paul Pisano Arlington, VA cheep@erols.com ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
