There was also a single female Purple Finch. At King's Landing Park in Huntingtown, a quick late afternoon visit produced: 1 Pine and 2 Prairie Warblers, 1 White-eyed Vireo, a pair of Caspian Terns, and the expected regulars. Butterflies at the park were: Abundant Clouded Sulphurs, some Falcate Orangetips, and Spring Azures. There were also many of the metallic green Six-spotted Tiger Beetles about. Despite a rainy start, it became a beautiful day. ///////// Arlene Ripley | || Calvert County, MD | 0 || aripley@nestbox.com | || http://www.nestbox.com || ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
