Heavily = into alternate plumage -- rufous and black with beginnings of white = patches on the neck. It was seen on the first road into the management = area (not Riley Roberts Rd) in the mud flats in front of the spot where = the yellow-gated service road begins. Seen by the Brodericks and Jurigas = Also there were three black-necked stilts. Across the road in the tall = dried grass was an American bittern.
