April 14. The day total was 99, up to 101 if you include the ruby-throated hummingbird and whip-poor-wills at the house before and after the trip. One of the highlights was Hooded Warbler (out of a total of 11 warbler species), and 7 woodpecker species were sighted. On the low side were waterfowl and shorebird species. Thanks to all who came for an enjoyable day, and to Bob Ringler who provided the butterfly list (after birds).
