Apparently Blackwater is one of the best places anywhere to find them, and the ANS June trip is the best opportunity. We weren't able to do that then, but are determined to do it this year. Alas, can't find a date or a contact in either the ANS newsletter or the website. Does anyone have that information? Next question: Apparently Yellow Rails don't nest this far south, but I wonder if they are ever seen in migration around here. If so, when and where would be best? If this turns out to be feasible, would anybody like to join Toni and in such a search (clicking rocks together, so I understand)?
