Not = terrific, but a few interesting birds. Yellow-rumps everywhere, several = Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, and RC Kinglets. One L. Waterthrush at Lander. = At Noland's Ferry there was a Palm Warbler and a small flock of Cedar = Waxwing along the towpath, several DC Cormorants on the river. Stumbled = upon a Barred Owl as I walked down to the river from the towpath. He = flew only a short distance and stayed put for a moment while we stared = at each other.=20 Joe Alexander Middletown, MD joealexander@gscyclone.com ======================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ======================================================================= =========================================================================
