Several GREAT-CRESTED FLYCATCHERS were heard as well. CATBIRDS were vocal in the shrubby hedgrows. As always, RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET in full voice had me temporarily stymied. It seemed that NORTHERN PARULA were singing from every other tree!! At the point , 3 CASPIAN TERN flew by in quick succession, accompanied by ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW. On the way home, a brief stop in the Elk Neck Forest gave me BLACK-WHITE and PINE WARBLER.
