The birds were located midway along the causeway before you get to the visitor center not far off the beach on the ocean side. Definitely a stray individual and very obviously a Harlequin. Also observed were Royal Tern, Forster's Terns, Laughing Gulls, Pectoral Sandpiper (1), Dunlin (1), alternate plumage Horned Grebe, many Common Loons, Double-creseted Cormorants, White-eyed Vireo, Grey Gnatcatcher, Pine Warbler, Prairie Warbler, E. Kingbird, Barn Swallow.
