Sue, I heard today that Cape May also had a Mississippi
Kite on 5/5.  Said it was early date.

| Only 21 raptors today under very hazy skies and
| light winds most of the day.  However, when one of
those
| raptors is a MISSISSIPPI KITE, you can be content
with
| low numbers.  It was our first Kite of the season and
our
| first full adult, likely a male.  It arrived at 11:24
am and stayed
| in view for about 2 minutes.  Big passerine movement
this
| morning including about 300 Bobolinks, 300 Cedar
Waxwings,
| 18 Solitary Sandpipers, and a bunch of Eastern
Kingbirds.
| Also, a Red-throated Loon.
