The bird was on the south side of the south jetty, back towards the "rock pile" (the large stone structure that marks the start of the newer section of the jetty). They first found it around 5:55 pm. First county record!! They also had a Wilson's Phalarope at the pond on Cedartown Road, east of Rt. 113, north of Snow Hill, in Worcester County.
