MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Reports so far suggest that the number of migrants was very low throughout the county. While the species total will probably be not much lower than normal, the actual numbers of migrant warblers, thrushes, etc will be much smaller than in past years. Meanwhile, the numbers of resident warblers seems about normal. Some highlights include a new location for Screech Owl - the entrance road into the Merkle WMA; a Least Tern at Patuxent Research Refuge; 40+ Wood Thrushes at the Belt Woods; and a Bay-breast at Lake Artemesia.
