Willard Rd. Ended up with 45 species. Birds of note were a Yellow Warbler in the willows at Sycamore Landing Rd.,15 Prairie Warblers, 7 Yellow -breasted Chats, a Grasshopper Sparrow in the large field NW of River & Sycamore Landing Rds, 9 Chipping Sparrows and 22 Field Sparrows. Afterwards I walked to the towpath at Sycamore Landing where I did a Cerulean Warbler survey. Found 4 of the six males I knew about between Sycamore Landing and Horsepen Branch and another one before the hiker-biker. Finished the day at the impoundments. Briefly saw the Common Moorhen swimming in the open area of the large impoundment. There was also a Yellow-throated Vireo singing in the woods to the south.
