The = bird was feeding actively in the towpath around 6:30 a.m. around mile = 176.7 in the North Branch area in Allegany Co. For those familiar with = the area, the location is adjacent to the "spray field". It was in the = same location about 9:10 a.m. on my return trip. There was no evidence = of it being injured or sickly. The date is way outside Yellow Book = dates for the species. Happy trails ....
