This time just after the intersection with Rt. 229 about 100 yards inside the Charles Co. line on the right heading toward P.G. County. I recommend going early or late in the day if you want to see this animal. Today it was perched up on a dead tree stump about 20 feet off the ground close to the road. I had passed this tree stump looking for the bird and on my return back to the car the bird was magically there. Good luck.
