Veeries are widespread, but the back entrance to Swallow Falls Park, called Maple Glade Rd. (gravel) is good, and so is Roth Rock Rd., which also happens to be about the only place for Mourning Warbler, and also a good place for Rose-breasted Grosbeak. RBGR is probably easiest at Mt. Nebo WMA, just north of Oakland, and this place is also probably your best bet for Alder Flycatcher and Golden-winged Warbler. Try Legislative Rd. south of Frostburg for Henslow's Sparrow. If you need directions to any of these places, let me know.
