It is now known as Wooton's Landing and is administered by the Jug Bay Wetlands Research Center in Lothian. I've been birding it on a regular basis for about 8 years, except during the summer when it's too hot & humid for me to do anything outside. It has 1 long trail, which is actually a gravel road. There are 2 decks overlooking different parts of the wetlands. It's been interesting seeing what birds use the property and how the bird population has changed as the property has changed. While the property was an active SHA mitigation project, there were no visitors allowed, except for a few that had permission through the SHA and other government agencies. They made it into a passive rec park with boardwalks, etc. If no one has birded there, I'm sure it's a great place.
