Unfortunately, the lighting was awful and we = couldn't see much. Then, we headed around to Drum Pt. We drove down = several roads but couldn't find any pound nets or pelicans. Finally, we = drove into the Chesapeake Ranch Estates. When you enter the Ranch Club, = turn right at the stop sign then follow it around for a couple of miles = until you reach Seashore Beach (DeLorme 31, C4). There are 2 pound nets = visible from this vantage point. On the western nets were 2 Brown Pelicans = and a single bird was perched on the eastern nets. Not much else of note = other than some really weird "mallards" in the pond opposite the bayside.
