I was one of the one's who volunteered to fix it, though I was never taken up on my offer. I can certainly understand the homeowner's concerns. I, being a bird photographer myself, but a birder first follow the same code of ethics that all birders should. If I had seen a photographer enter someone else's property I would have given them a very hard time as it makes a bad name for all of us. If anyone sees this sort of behavior I urge you to say something to the offender and try to make them understand the error of their ways. I have no respect for photographers who will do anything to get the shot.
