Just to add two observations to the missing Least Tern thread, I was at the
dam Friday evening from 5:15 to 5:45 and again Saturday morning from 8:15 to
8:30 and saw no terns of any kind, just a Great Blue Heron, an Osprey (Fri
only) and the usual Cliff Swallows.

While I'm at it, on Tuesday, July 31, I heard a Louisiana Waterthrush singing
its way south along Upper Watts Branch in Rockville.  I would not have
expected one to be singing during migration.  They did not breed here.
