Marshall, I stopped at Piney Reservoir in Garrett Co. about a week ago.  At
that time, the reservoir was quite full and there were no shorebirds
present.  Perhaps, it has changed since then.

The good news was that I had a Ruffed Grouse standing on the road on the way
from I68 to Piney Reservoir and I also got my county closeout Kingfisher
there.
