At the intersection of Church View Road and Cecil Avenue on the southwestern side, there across from an older suburban development, is a cattle farm. There were 20+ cows in the corner of the field along with 50+ cattle egret, who were alongside, underneath, and on top of the cows. It was a very relaxed scene, each meeting the needs of the other. Along the fence posts on Church View Road were numerous, bluebirds, house finches, and eastern kingbirds. The is a small pond, barely visible from the road which appears to be home to 60+ Canada geese.
