All were of the cinammon color variety and all much alike, and all 4 remained together as they moved about. Some retained a portion of their head tufts. At times they were quite far from the road, and favored areas of taller grass, so are not always obvious. But when seen, they are large impressive birds. We failed to find the Dickcissel reported on Ell Downs Rd. But at the other end of that road (at Bridgetown Rd), there were ~20 Pectoral Sandpipers sporting in a puddle by the house under construction and in the wet field opposite.
