As a KOWA owner, I am delighted to hear that you were satisfied with the service under the warranty. I've owned mine for about 2 years now, and so far, so good. I must say, however, that I would not have been a happy camper being without my scope for over two months. I guess we all need back-up scopes. Thank goodness you've got it back for the peak of the shorebird season!
