He = and his Harley are on the road from the Bowie area to Howard County = between 4 and 5 a.m. almost daily. I expressed amazement at his numbers = and admitted that I had never knowingly spotted a dead owl on the = highway. He says they swoop down for prey in the road spotlighted by = cars and trucks and get smashed. Has anyone else observed this = phenomenon? Martha F.
