You might want to start at the Edgewood area of Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Just take Rt. 24 South until you get on post and then follow the same road as far as you can go. (Maybe 1.5 miles) You will be looking over the Gunpowder River. I'm not sure what you will see this time of year, but it may be worth a visit. Also Lakeside Industrial Park on Edgewood Road near Rt. 7 can be productive. Be sure to hit the Havre de Grace Marina near low tide for maximum shorebird habitat.
