I just returned from an early lunchtime birding walk
with Rob Weiner, focusing as usual on Constitution
Gardens and the DC Veteran's Monument.  Birds were not
stupendously numerous, but there were several highlights:
   Eastern Wood-Pewee
   Yellow-billed Cuckoo (new for my Mall list!)
   Magnolia Warbler
   American Redstart
   Canada Warbler
   Black-throated Blue Warbler
   White-eyed Vireo
(1 or 2 of each, as usual)
