However, the early action shut down rather quickly at about 9:30 am and only a few migrants were seen after that. Our tally included: Warblers: Magnolia (8), Chestnut-sided (8), Blackpoll (1), Black-and-White (1), Black-throated Green (2), Black-throated Blue (4), Canada (2), Common Yellowthroat (15). Other birders reported Blackburnian and Tennessee. Most abundant neotropical migrant was Red-eyed Vireo (ca. 30), and a single Yellow-throated Vireo. Other migrants included: Baltimore Oriole (2), Scarlet tanager (2), Veery (1), Wood Thrush (3), Brown Thrasher (1), House Wren (ca. 12), Ruby-throated Hummingbird (5), and a single Red-breasted Nuthatch.
