The breeding Ruby-throated Hummingbirds left the yard 8/30 (adult male), 9/2 (imm. male), 9/4 (adult female). A second adult male was visiting the feeders for a couple of weeks, but left 9/1. Today a migrant adult female showed up. Typical pattern of departures and visiting migrants. Paul O'Brien Rockville, Mont.
