SONG, FIELD and = CHIPPING were a mix of residents and possibly some early movers. In the = middle of the field, the lone tree hosted a juv chippy, juv field and = savannah for a nice comparison. There were half a dozen BLUE GROSBEAKS = around the tree along with 3 PALM WARBLERS (my first for fall). Other bird movement was slow. A single NASHVILLE and MAGNOLIA were = our only migrant warblers. A single SCARLET TANAGER and a flyover GREAT = EGRET were also noteworthy. 25-30 EASTERN BLUEBIRDS were a pleasure to = watch in all their various plumages.
