We seem to be getting a plethora of "I know this isn't Maryland, but..."
messages lately.  Please, to reiterate the policies of MDOsprey--this list
is for the discussion of Maryland birds and birding.  There are other lists
for other states.

If an exceptional bird shows up in Pennsylvania or New Jersey or wherever a
single report is fine.  Second and third "I saw the bird too" messages are
not.

Please try and remember this simple rule--the volume of messages is large
enough just talking about Maryland goodies!
