Hi all --

Barry went to Layhill Park, Montgomery Co., today as it seemed worth
checking out (migrants being very thin on the ground at Rock Creek). He did
see a few goodies, highlighted by a nice Lincoln's Sparrow and a flock of
about 20 Bobolinks. No warblers other than 12 Yellowthroats, as well as 25
House Wrens and over 100 Goldfinches. Also, a Great Horned Owl flushing from
trees being harassed by Jays.

Cheers, Gail Mackiernan and Barry Cooper
Colesville, MD
