This kettle however was beyond the limits of unaided vision. The only way we saw them was putting our binoculars up to an eagle and seeing the Broad-wings in the background. I could count 250 in the one kettle, but I don't know how many I missed. I wish we had been able to see them all morning!! Warblers were nice today with 2 Cape Mays, 2 Tennessees, a Bay-breast, a Nashville, and a Blackburnian. Our first Blue-headed Vireos of the day as well. Much to our surprise, a Little Blue Heron was still sticking around (Sorry Jim ;) ).
