Cromwell Valley Park is just outside the beltway east of the northern end of
Loch Raven Blvd.  If you take the Cromwell Bridge exit, turn left onto Cromwell
Bridge Rd.  The 2nd park entrance is about 1.5 mi east on the left side of the
road and leads to a parking lot after you cross the stream (Minebank Run).  An
ideal hawk watching site is across the field adjacent to the parking lot on the
west and up a small rise to the picnic table/fire circle area.
